Quiz pathing: every branch, walked

The live quiz was driven end to end by script — every option on every screen clicked, and all sixteen combinations of the four conditional triggers walked from the first screen to the processing step. This is what happened.

The bug this found

3.5 “What have you got at home?” let you own equipment and own nothing at the same time. Ticking A sturdy chair, Light dumbbells and Nothing yet together was accepted — three selections, two of which contradict the third. Every other multi-select screen already treated its opt-out answer as exclusive; this one was missed because its opt-out is worded “Nothing yet” rather than “None of these”.

Fixed and re-verified: the opt-out now clears the other answers, and picking equipment clears the opt-out. The screen feeds which equipment your plan is written around, so the contradiction would have reached the programme itself, not just the screen.

The four conditional interstitials

Four screens are marked conditional in the spec. Each is shown only when the question before it got a real answer, and skipped when the answer was that question's opt-out.

Every combination of the four triggers, walked from 1.1 to the processing screen. “Shown” and “skipped” are what actually happened, and each was checked against what should have happened.

Opt-out answers on multi-selects

An opt-out answer has to clear the others, and be cleared by them, or the funnel can hold two contradictory answers at once.

What this does not cover

Answers are recorded but nothing yet computes from them: the diagnostic bars on 2.11, the priorities on 5.2 and the before/after on 5.5 are authored values, identical whatever you answer. Only the name field feeds through. So this run proves the routing is right, not that the results respond to input — that scoring doesn't exist yet.

Also untested here: real touch input, screen readers, and anything time-based — the 20-second processing animation was stepped past rather than watched.
